About Coach Nick
Coach Nick is a father of two amazing (and wild) daughters, a husband, and a full-time worker (in the Information Technology field).
Having these responsibilities allows him to understand the challenges of prioritizing yourself, giving him the needed perspective to develop practical approaches and plans towards achieving your health goals.
Coach Nick has many hobbies, including training, playing with his dog, cooking, competing in bodybuilding, playing guitar, working on cars, adding to his list of home improvement ideas (key word - ideas, the list only grows), and dominating his (young) children in anything competitive (it builds character!).
When competing, Nick works with a coach to prepare for his bodybuilding shows, following a strict diet and intense training plan. When not competing, Nick lives a balanced life that emphasizes healthy daily habits but also the occasional (giant) bowl of ice cream or burrito bowl.
Whether it is with the professionals he works with in his “day job”, or the clients he works with on their health goals, Nick loves helping people grow and improve.
